Finding satisfaction in life can be a difficult journey. Whether you feel that everything is going as planned, or if things have become chaotic, it can be overwhelming to feel unbalanced. I provide a safe and caring space where we can work together to find your specific treatment plan. Whether you are battling anxiety, depression, trauma, or anything that may be putting a strain on you and your relationships, you do not have to go through it alone. Finding professional help is courageous, and I am happy to meet you wherever you may be at in your own personal journey.
I offer holistic solution-focused therapy in Spanish and English. Not only will you be able to better understand yourself and your own behaviors, but you will feel in control of your life and be better able to make appropriate decisions.
As a cancer patient, I found that speaking and feeling understood greatly impacts our perspective on life. I strive to truly understand your own personal point of view in order to generate a cooperative relationship in which we can both work together to reach your goals.
