My goal is to seek positive changes in helping others manage and overcome their personal struggles or situations and see that each client's needs are met. Overeaters Support Group
Overeaters support and process group - Clinician led therapeutic process group designed to support individuals in their journey, educate and facility in their healing from these issues. (Binge eating disorder, compulsive overeating, emotionally eating, body image issues etc). Some topic areas include coping with change, mindfulness, self empowerment, effective self reflection and accountability, self activation and motivation.
