Wellness work is tailored to the needs of the client. What is most important to me is understanding your goals. You are always in control of your own process. I can help you find greater peace and life satisfaction by teaching you techniques that work and refining those based on your feedback. You are truly successful at what you choose when you choose with intention. I am trained in a variety of techniques and I am a Yoga Instructor and Wellness Coach.
Wellness work is about living life fully with a sense of agency, leading to peace and satisfaction. I use many strategies for working the process of what isn't working positively for you in your life while focusing attention on those things that are working. I work intuitively using a holistic approach and yoga prescriptively.
I am a licensed mental health counselor, a National Certified Counselor and a prior Certified Behavior Analyst for 18 years. My Master of Science degree is in Clinical Psychology and I have worked in the mental health industry for over 25 years in every setting and population imaginable. I am licensed in both Florida and the state of Washington.
