For 33 years, I have practiced as a licensed clinician in Colorado Springs. I work with individuals, couples, and families in the process of personal and interpersonal growth. My treatment focus is cognitive behavioral therapy, which teaches self control and mastery over your thoughts and feelings. This technique can be extremely successful treating depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder, and insomnia.
I have likewise specialized in the treatment of chronic pain secondary to work related accidents, auto accidents, and illnesses.
