You want the best for yourself or your child. The story you tell of your life deserves to be heard. We all need to have space to be deeply understood at any age. It's my desire to provide understanding and a listening that is healing. I work with children (8 and above), teens and adults to build lasting skills and resources for them. I value working with individuals that are learning to navigate complex identities in the world. Clients and I work together to process, and build skills in order to meet their treatment goals and create enduring healing. I have a deep love of Vermont
and my aim is to support our local communities.
Our work together will be driven by collaborating on what type of skills work best for you (or your child). While I have experience using most traditional interventions (CBT, DBT, etc), experiential therapy is a unique part of my work. I am an art therapist and EMDR certified. I use these practices to facilitate deeper healing than talk therapy alone.
We were not intended to weather the difficult seasons of our lives alone. Rather, these times are opportunities to lean into discomfort and build a supportive community.
