I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring my theoretical orientation to the needs of each client. My work is client-centered, drawing from CBT, mindfulness, and attachment-based. I use Pain Reprocessing Therapy and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy for clients with chronic pain and neuroplastic symptoms, and EMDR or Brainspotting for trauma.
