I am a dedicated and compassionate counselor who is committed to helping people find individualized solutions to personal challenges. My clinical experience includes treatment of trauma, PTSD, anxiety and mood disorders, depression, grief and loss, stress management, relationships, attachment, life transitions, and chronic illness. Some of my training includes EMDR, CBT, psychodynamic approaches, and person centered. I utilize an integrative approach tailored to your specific needs.
I tailor therapy to best address the unique needs of each client as we work together to discover what that is. I meet each client where they are in their process and build trusting relationships as we take this journey together towards meeting their goals.
