Multifamily DBT Skills Training
Our DBT Skills Training group can assist parents and teens with acquiring and practicing skills to manage big feelings, to communicate their needs clearly, and create positive relationships. Our Skills Training group addresses all five core DBT modules for adolescents: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Walking the Middle Path, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
