I'm a big believer that in order to take back control of our symptoms, we need to understand why they are happening. CBT is a great approach for better understanding our thought patterns and how our history impacts us, however we can only intellectualize so much before we need to learn how to be comfortable in our body, how to feel, and respond vs. react- so I incorporate many other tools to help!
