I have over 20 years of experience supporting those that are working through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, school issues/avoidance, and trauma. My last 18 years in practice I have been a school social worker at a local elementary and high school. My ultimate goal when working with a client(s) is to provide them with a space where they can come to feel supported and understood, as well as learn about themselves and their behaviors.
