Struggling with developmental, complex and relational trauma, many face such challenges. As a trauma-focused therapist, my eclectic approach values each unique individual. I blend relational and attachment-focused methods, using EMDR, DBT, somatic therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Recognizing trauma in the body, I often integrate gentle movement and art.
Climbing this mountain to healing is rigorous and the way to the top is often un-clear. Old climbing strategies that served to protect us cause us to fall. It is tiring!
