I am currently accepting new clients. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it can be hard to sort through everything on your own. I work with teens, adults, and couples who are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, school pressure, and big life transitions. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck, burnt out, or unsure how to move forward. Clients describe me as warm, steady, and easy to talk to, and my goal is to offer a space where you feel supported while learning new ways to cope and communicate.
With more than 16 years of experience, I take a practical and collaborative approach. We explore what is getting in the way, practice healthier communication, and build skills that help you feel more balanced at home, in relationships, and within yourself. Therapy with me is interactive, respectful, and focused on real progress.
In our first session, we will talk about what has been weighing on you and what you hope will feel different. There is no pressure to have all the answers. This is your time to speak openly in a space that feels safe and supportive. Together, we begin to understand your needs and create a plan that helps you move toward a more grounded and satisfying life.
