Wanting a safe place to land? You’ve found the right place. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I listen closely, ask intentional questions, and use humor when it helps lighten the load. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma recovery, and patterns that no longer serve them. I’m passionate about women’s health, community healing, and exploring how family dynamics and generational patterns can shape who we are. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, communicate your needs with confidence, and build a life aligned with your values.
In session, I blend mindfulness, somatic practices, attachment-based work, and ACT, CBT, IFS, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to fit your unique needs. Clients appreciate that I'm both supportive and gently challenging. Together, we'll build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected.
Beyond therapy, I feel grounded when I'm outdoors, creating something with my hands, or spending time in community. I love hiking, skiing, weightlifting, crafting, gardening, traveling, and finding healing through music and dance. I believe healing often begins with small steps that lead to lasting change. We'll take it one step at a time together.
