I’ve worked with people of varying ages and backgrounds, and have extensive experience treating depression, ADHD, anxiety and helping support life transitions, amongst others. I also specialize in working with Neurodiverse clients, and their families. I describe my style as warm, candid, and thoughtful. I use evidence-based interventions to guide treatment.

My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, believing individuals have the right to be respected and heard. I am curious, genuine, and compassionate.
