I am a licensed clinical psychologist and board certified cognitive behavioral therapist with over 15 years of experience in the field. I am trained in several evidence-based therapy models with a particular expertise in the treatment of anxiety, OCD and related conditions. I am especially passionate about supporting adolescents, young adults and parents during times of difficult life transitions or stress. My approach to therapy is collaborative and goal-oriented with the aim of promoting sustainable growth for my clients.
In addition to my clinical practice, I have been a trainer and supervisor of psychology graduate students and other therapists for many years and have held both teaching and leadership positions in academic medical centers and university settings. In addition to therapy services, I offer professional consultation and supervision to other clinicians.
