For those who have experienced trauma, chaotic childhoods, or abusive relationships, it can be difficult to find your own authenticity and shift painful relationship patterns that no longer serve you. I support those wanting to reconcile their past experiences with the present, and move towards self-acceptance and wholeness.

My hope is for you to feel a sense of empowerment and resiliency in life and to help you recognize ways that you may be unintentionally abandoning yourself in order to gain love and acceptance. I work from a holistic perspective that includes somatic work to nourish the mind, body and spirit.

I offer a safe and supportive therapeutic space for all individuals and couples including folks who are part of the LGBTQ+, poly and kink community.
