Hi, my name is Meredith and I'm so glad you're here. I support children, teens, and adults who want to feel more grounded in their relationships, trust their instincts, and reconnect with their bodies instead of living in their heads. If you’re feeling anxious in dating, stuck in the same patterns, or feel out of control, you’re not alone. Therapy can be a space to reconnect with who you are and feel more steady in how you show up in your relationships and in your own life. As a Dallas-based therapist, I aim to walk alongside my clients with empathy while staying focused on what’s keeping them stuck.

In sessions with kids I use play therapy and brain-based approaches to help them express emotions and build emotional resilience. With teens and adults, I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), nervous system regulation strategies, and polyvagal-informed practices. We’ll work together to understand how move your nervous system from survival to safety.
