Please reach out through my website- - - - I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor & Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving the Chapel Hill, Durham and surrounding areas. I have 20 years experience working with adolescents, adults and families. My work includes a bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach. We will explore your relationships, environment, recent life events and stressors to gain perspective of how you are affected emotionally, physically and spiritually.
We will focus on how you handle stress, relational dynamics, communication skills, improving self-esteem and your goals so that you feel more empowered and encouraged. I am able to integrate my clinical and theological perspectives in our work if that is something you desire.
I have concentrated training in the Satir Model, Emotionally Focused Couples & Individual Therapy Model, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Integration. I'm also certified in using the Prepare & Enrich Assessment tool for premarital counseling. I pull from a variety of approaches to tailor our work to your needs/goals.
