I have enjoyed working with people across the lifespan, especially pre-teens, teens, and young adults, on concerns regarding anxiety, depression, life transitions, stressors, and interpersonal relationships. My goal is for clients to feel heard and understood regarding their experiences and supported in utilizing new tools and insights. Clients who engage in application of skills and techniques both during and outside of our sessions typically see the most growth.
The path to enacting change is dynamic and unique for everyone. I work to provide effective tools, handouts, and skills from various modalities that target thought patterns and behaviors while building upon individual strengths. Compassion, empathy, and humor are my most utilized tools in supporting clients.
