My goal as a therapist is to help people navigate through past and present struggles while learning new coping mechanisms and addressing change in a positive light.
I enjoy going through the journey with my clients as they reach optimal mental health, enhance their quality of life and achieve their goals. I began formal training at Syracuse University, receiving my Bachelor of Science Degree.
After enrolling in several fascinating psychology courses, I knew my next step would be graduate school, which would enable me to pursue my dream of becoming a therapist. I obtained my Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College.
