Providing a safe environment with unconditional support and empathy is one of my top priorities. Change can feel scary and appears even more daunting when adding the stressors of everyday life. My goal as a therapist is to help people navigate through past and present struggles while learning new coping mechanisms and addressing change in a positive light.
I enjoy going through the journey with my clients as they reach optimal mental health, enhance their quality of life and achieve their goals. I began formal training at Syracuse University, receiving my Bachelor of Science Degree.
After enrolling in several fascinating psychology courses, I knew my next step would be graduate school, which would enable me to pursue my dream of becoming a therapist. I obtained my Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College.
