I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues. My ideal client is willing to explore past issues and relationships in order to increase insight and self-awareness. I work best with clients who have a natural curiosity about themselves and the world around them.

I view therapy as a very hard, but rewarding process. I ask my clients to dig deep and do the work, while simultaneously offering the warmth, guidance and support necessary to create lasting change.
