I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience working with adults who are primarily experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms and/or low self-esteem. I have additional experience in treating those with anger management concerns, family/domestic conflict, and women's issues.
I use various therapeutic techniques that are personalized to each individual that I work with and I am committed to using a strength-based and solution-focused approach with all of my clients. I understand that depression can be debilitating, anxiety can feel isolating, and experiencing trauma can make you feel stuck and alone.
