As a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 10 years experience working with adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, self-esteem, and women’s issues we can work together to increase your motivation, energy, hopefulness and find the version of you that feels in control and happy.

You have individual needs and strengths and my therapeutic techniques are personalized to you, strength-based, and solution-focused. You may be experiencing depression, isolating anxiety, and trauma that makes you feel stuck. I'll help you learn skills and strategies to combat those symptoms, process your experiences, and feel lighter and less alone.
