My name is Meredith and I am a trauma-focused therapist with warmth & deep respect for the process. My ideal clients are open-minded, curious, motivated and ready to do the inner work. Through evidence-based methods and a holistic approach, I help to gently untangle what feels overwhelming and move toward peace and self-acceptance.
I help clients understand how experiences can stay stuck in the nervous system, working with internal “parts” to move toward ease and clarity. EMDR helps reprocess stuck memories, while IFS helps you understand and heal your different parts. I focus on honoring your unique strengths, creativity, and inner essence, integrating this into your healing process.
I believe healing happens both within ourselves and with a trusted other, at your own pace. In session I focus on creating safety first, then carefully supporting you as you build curiosity toward your inner world, soften protective patterns, and reconnect with your own inner power. My style is collaborative, thoughtful, and person-centered.
