I have developed a unique niche in EMDR(trauma release therapy combined with sound therapy that has been tremendously successful for my clients. The modalities I enlist are client-centered, solution-focused, strength-based with deep and wide experience in issues of grief/loss, trauma, depression, crisis/transitions, finding life's purpose.
I also hold 28 years certified teaching experience and certifications in voice-movement therapies/techniques. These are fun, relaxing, and healing for clients, and they can create an open atmosphere in which to process, reflect, and release.
