About
Hey everyone! I started my social work career as a case manager in community mental health before transitioning to a school based therapist, then a joint role as a case manager and therapist for 12-17yo boys at a residential facility. I love to work with individuals as young as elementary aged children all the way up to early adulthood. My ideal client is there of their own agency, with the understanding that I am not a "fixer", instead my goal is to help you help yourself as you go through life and help you find the tools to adjust and cope with all of life's stressors--big and small. If this might be you, please reach out!
I've worked with trauma, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, and processing through life changes. Through CBT, DBT skills, and other modalities I can assist with reframing negative thoughts, learning how to communicate your emotional needs, and developing skills needed to cope on an everyday basis.
Whether you're in the midst of major life upheaval, or you're looking for short-term support (or anything in between), I hope that you will consider me to walk along side you. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns, and if I'm not the right fit for you, I'll be happy to point you in another direction.
