I love helping kids navigate big feelings and anxiety. I’m passionate about breaking down emotional walls and connecting with teens who are struggling—whether it’s school, friendships, self-harm, or just life in general (it's tough being a teen these days!). I also support adults facing life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and workplace burnout. My approach to therapy is soft, compassionate, and supportive. Here, we say we bring the "treat" back to treatment. Our sessions won’t always be rainbows and butterflies, but the work we do together will help you or your child grow, heal, and rediscover joy.
Every person and every child is unique, with their own needs in therapy. I tailor my approach using a variety of evidence-based techniques, including CBT, DBT, PCIT and other modalities, to find what works best for each client. I have a unique ability to connect with clients of all ages, creating a space where they feel truly understood.
