I love helping kids with big feelings and anxiety. I’m passionate about breaking down emotional walls and connecting with teens who are struggling with school, friendships, self-harm, or just life in general (it’s tough being a teen these days!). I also help adults navigate life’s challenges (anxiety, depression, grief, stress, workplace burnout, etc). My approach to therapy is soft, compassionate, and supportive. Here, we say we bring the "Treat" back to Treatment. Of course our sessions won't always be rainbows and butterflies, but the results of our time together will have you or your child growing and finding joy in life again.
Every person and every child is unique and has different needs in therapy. I use a variety of evidence-based techniques, tailored to fit each client’s needs. This includes CBT, DBT and other modalities that I draw from to find the best results. I have a unique talent to connect with clients of all ages, creating a space where they feel understood.
