I became a therapist because helping others find wholeness and meaning in life is my passion. I specialize in helping women who are running on fumes reconnect with themselves. I support and equip overwhelmed moms parenting kids that need extra support. I help teens navigate obstacles they face and discover who they are. I’m an advocate for neurodiversity!
