Couples Therapy Only - I have focused my entire practice on helping couples move out of survival mode & into a thriving live together. My specialties are trauma recovery, grief & relationships using Gottman Couples Therapy & EMDR (and other therapy approaches). Perhaps your relationship is full of conflict or emotional distance & you feel lost on what to do to make it better. Do you and your partner often suffer from miscommunication? Or maybe, an affair (or any rupture in trust) happened and you want help to rebuild your connection. I believe in the power of relationships and that all people deserve hope for healing.

I have completed Level 3 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and am also EMDR Certified. I enjoy working with a diverse range of couples. I am a non religious therapist (and always make room for clients' own beliefs) and hope to create a safe space for all to heal, grow and learn to trust themselves again (or maybe for the first time).
