Hello! My name is Meredith Kucyk. Thank you for your consideration as you explore the possibility of engaging in therapy. I provide virtual individual therapy services to clients throughout the states of Colorado and Washington where I work alongside clients to empower and support them as they pursue their goals and active change in their lives. I seek to provide a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment in which my clients can explore the depths of who they are and the world in which they live.

I work with clients ages 12 and up who are struggling with a variety of concerns, specifically depression, anxiety, trauma, adoption issues, perinatal mental health, and substance use/addiction. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions tailored to each client's individual needs. I am also a Brainspotting practitioner.
