I provide mental health support services for adults and adolescents. Additionally, I provide behavioral intervention services for children with special needs and their families based on ABA principles. My specialties include eating disorders, depression, anxiety issues, self esteem, life transitions, and existential support. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to assist you improve your quality of life in the here and now. No two people are alike. Therefore, my approach is individual-specific and combines a number of theoretical approaches to address each person's needs. My clients are people and not a diagnosis.
There does not have to be something "wrong" with you to benefit from therapy. I work with people who are seeking extra support for the hassles of everyday life and want objective feedback and insight to improve their quality of life.
I have extensive experience working with kids and teens with oppositional behaviors. Believe it or not, I actually enjoy it!
