Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to do it alone. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to make sense of what’s been weighing on you and move toward meaningful change. Whether you’re working through long-standing challenges or navigating situational trauma, I’m here to support you. I strive to create a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe showing up as your full self. As a neurodivergent-friendly therapist, I welcome clients who are ready to engage in the real, sometimes uncomfortable, but ultimately rewarding work of therapy.

My work is grounded in a strength-based, person-centered perspective. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and that healing happens when your experiences are met with understanding, not judgment. We’ll explore your story together, at your pace. I'm dually licensed in Missouri and Kansas!

I use EMDR to support healing from anxiety, depression, and trauma, and draw from trauma-informed and domestic violence training for more complex experiences. I earned my M.S. in Counseling from University of Central Missouri's CACREP-accredited program in 2019 and am a certified EMDR therapist dedicated to compassionate, collaborative, and affirming care.
