As a trauma therapist, I offer an approach to deep healing when cognitive awareness is not enough. I believe healing is processing the disturbance of the past within a safe, contained space and with the resources and insight of your wise, adult self. I will guide you as a trusted support and co-regulator to more presence, peace, and possibility.
