I specialize in providing therapy for children and teens navigating behavioral challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and anxiety. My therapeutic approach is evidence-based and tailored to meet each child’s individual needs. In addition, I provide comprehensive psychological and diagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents (ages 6-18). My assessments are designed to identify learning differences, ADHD, emotional concerns, and other factors that may affect a child’s academic and social-emotional functioning.
I offer evidenced-based therapy approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, and IPT-A) to help youth manage anxiety, depression, and emotional challenges. Additionally, I provide PCIT for youth aged 3-7 exhibiting behavioral concerns. I also lead a Social Skills Group for peer connection and a Teen Support Group focused on emotional growth in a safe, supportive space.
