I have a passion for understanding and supporting neurodivergent individuals (ADHD/ASD), and couples where one or both are neurodivergent, teens and their families, and women struggling before, during, and after pregnancy. I also frequently help individuals who work in the healthcare fields who are struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, mania, etc.
Through a client-centered approach grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, I strive to empower individuals, couples, and families to embrace their unique strengths.
