My practice is divided between therapy and neuropsychological evaluations. I draw from several therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), relational theory, family systems therapy, and other researched-based techniques, including mindfulness. My neuropsychological evaluations are comprehensive, and I provide detailed and relevant recommendations that target clients' daily life activities and settings (school, workplace, home, community). I have worked in mental health for over 25 years. My therapy clients are children ages 6 and older; adolescents; parents in need of support; and adults navigating life transitions. My neuropsychological evaluation expertise includes ADHD, learning disorders, autism, anxiety, and mood disorders.
