My name is Meredith Caldwell and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of California. I've worked in Mental Health for more than 7 years and work with older adolescents, TAY youth, and adults from a diverse array of backgrounds.
My approach to therapy varies with each client I work with. I like to help my clients identify their underlying needs and draw on strengths to navigate through life's various challenges. My communication style is calm, patient, and led by validation and acknowledgment of the challenges each person is facing.
I earned my Master's degree in Social Work and my Undergraduate degree emphasizing on Social Welfare and Social Justice. Throughout my life, I have always gravitated and worked in various settings where I've been able to be in service to my community.
