About
I am a relational based therapist who seeks to help clients become the best version of themselves. I value authenticity, creativity, and genuine connection. I believe that change is possible when individuals feel safe and supported. I use attachment, psychodynamic, and emotionally focused therapies to help clients explore what is currently happening in their life and consider how things could be different.
I have experience in working with individuals on a variety of issues, including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, trauma, adjustment to life transition, grief over loss, relationship conflict, parenting skills, and spiritual concerns.
I believe people are influenced by their biological temperament, life experience, past and present relationships with significant people, and their core values.
