I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and received my Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from NC Agricultural & Technical State University in 2015. I have almost 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in multiple settings. My main therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral therapy and a solution focused approach among other evidence-based therapy to work with each client on reaching their therapeutic goals. I have experience treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral disorders, interpersonal conflicts, grief, ADHD, low self-esteem, etc.
