The session's tone is led by deep breathing to center and prepare us for the hard work to be done. We collaboratively work to find that peaceful equilibrium with mind, body, and soul. We explore mindfulness training (DBT), behavior modification (CBT), emotional regulation techniques, and consistent check-ins to monitor our progress and meet our goals.
