I specialize in Trauma-integration, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, relationships, and goal-focus.
I am diagnosed with depression, anxiety, substance use disorder, and ADHD, so I understand addiction & mental health first-hand. I have also dealt with active PTSD symptoms, and I know none of us have to live that way ongoing. Though I am a therapist, I see us as collaborators. I have 10 yrs experience working with diagnoses from Depression to Schizophrenia.
