My approach to therapy is integrative (tailored to the needs of my clients) and evidence-based (backed by scientific research). It would be my honor to help you find clarity when life turns uncertain. My goal is for my clients to leave my office with a smile from day one.
I am a trauma therapist (acute traumatic stress, childhood trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, combat trauma). My treatment modalities include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) which are considered two of the most effective approaches to trauma treatment. Additional approaches are CBT and DBT.
Connecting and listening to others with love, non-judgment, and compassion has always been my natural talent. Becoming a mental health therapist has allowed me to use those talents to help others. It would be my honor to walk next to you on your journey.
