Over the last five years I have collaborated with my clients to manage their mental health symptoms and life stressors using clinically proven therapeutic methods. I am experienced in EMDR, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and more. A trauma focused approach teaches us to manage and cope with stressors while processing our wounds. CBT changes and modifies our thought patterns to treat anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders that may contribute to challenging thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
During our individualized sessions we will prioritize problems and recognize solutions by identifying strengths to reach your goals. You will be able heal and move forward in a safe and supporting environment.
