I specialize in trauma, focusing on complex trauma, childhood trauma, sexual abuse, narcissistic abuse, and supporting individuals in addiction recovery. I am a Certified Advanced Trained EMDR Therapist, offering EMDR Intensives (from half-day to multiple-day sessions) as well as weekly sessions to address your unique needs and goals.
I provide a safe and supportive space for everyone, including LGBTQ+ individuals and all marginalized communities. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and focused on helping you feel grounded and empowered.
