I specialize in helping adults understand and change these maladaptive emotional patterns.

My approach focuses on identifying how early emotional experiences shape current responses, and helping you build emotional clarity, self-trust, and healthier relational patterns. I offer a supportive, collaborative space where you can slow down, feel understood, and explore what’s coming up—without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out.
