I think part of therapy must include Psychoeducation to help folks better understand negative & positive patterns and how this play out in your life. We join together to help change patterns that keep you recycling negative thoughts. I use interventions modified for video consultations like relaxation breathing, imagery and even some bilateral tapping etc.
Over 26 years as an LCPC, I still feel it is such a privilege to be entrusted to care for you and make you feel whole again.
