I have close to 10 years experience working with clients with a broad array of symptoms. I specialize in trauma and I am trained in EMDR, as well as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). I use an approach of CBT, EMDR, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you process your trauma, overcome negative thinking, and lead a more fulfilling life.
My experience has shown me that the number one indicator of a client’s ability to heal is the strength of the relationship between therapist and client.
