I have worked with many youth in addressing behavior problems and proper ways to interact with others. I have helped people, both young and old, in dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, effective communication and anger management.
I use an integrative approach to help all of my clients learn to deal with the different problems and stressors they are facing. Working in education and counseling for many years has helped me understand youth in addressing their problems. My adult clients have benefitted from my direct but non-judgemental approach.
