I have worked with military and their families for the majority of my career. I am married to a retired Marine and understand the stresses involved with military families. I work with individuals and couples as well as being trained in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
I have also been trained through Duke Integrative Medicine as an Integrative Health Coach. Through health coaching we look at several aspects of a persons life to determine changes that can be made to for optimal health and wellness.
