My approach combines evidence-based therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mind-body awareness to help clients build emotional flexibility and create meaningful change. I also work with alcohol and substance use concerns, stress-related coping patterns, therapist burnout, and offer AcuDetox as an additional wellness support for some clients.
My style is warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive. I show up as a real person in the therapy space, compassionate, direct when needed, and always attuned to your lived experience. I use a holistic approach that includes evidence-based practices but mostly focus acceptance and commitment, while also honoring your culture, values, and inner wisdom.
